Our holiday apartment in the cosy "New Country Style" invites you to relax and unwind. Enjoy the outdoor sauna in the immediate vicinity of the apartment terrace. Discover the South Harz region with its many beautiful hiking and cycling trails as well as wellness facilities. Within walking distance you can reach the nature reserve Hainholz-Beierstein. Ski lifts, bike parks and a summer toboggan run are about 35 minutes away by car. Pets up to a shoulder height of 35 cm are allowed.

You will spend your vacation in our apartment renovated in 2021 on the 7th floor (elevator available) of a former hotel. Through the panoramic window you have a magnificent view of the mountains and the climatic health resort of Bad Grund. The apartment has a built-in kitchen, a dining area, a modern bathroom with large shower, as well as a cozy solid wood double bed with cotton bed linens. On the balcony you sit between herbs (to harvest yourself) & flowers on teak furniture.

The cozily furnished bright apartment is located in the Göttingen East Quarter only about 1 km away from the historic old town very close to the Schillerwiesen. In a few steps you can reach the bus stop with direct connection to the train station 2 km away. The apartment of about 31 square meters consists of a living and sleeping room with sofa bed, a smaller work and sleeping room with a single bed, a bathroom (shower and toilet) and direct access to a pretty garden terrace.

Here you are in the right place if you want to explore the Harz Mountains with a dog, like to end the evenings at the fire pit, maybe even want to have a small party? Your place is on the ground floor of a farmhouse built around 1900. The yard with garden is available for you to use together. On about 75 m², a spacious, modernly furnished kitchen-living room, a bathroom and two bedrooms offers plenty of space to relax. The fast fiber optic connection also makes comfortable work possible. The kitchen is equipped with an induction stove, dishwasher, fridge, kettle and coffee machine.

The apartment on the first floor, which is suitable for 1-4 people and has a total size of approx. 100 square meters, is located in a former farmhouse, which was built in the 18th century. The house is located in the middle of a large garden, in the village center and is quietly located. In the past, each farm had at least one fireplace, which you will find in the form of a fireplace in the living room.

Quiet room with private bathroom and entrance

The room has its own separate entrance and is located in the basement. A small hallway (which is only used by the guest) leads to the room. The room is connected to the private bathroom with shower. Optionally (for a fee), the sauna can be used. WiFi is available. A fridge and a microwave as well as a kettle are available for use. Bicycles and motorcycles can be safely stored in the garage.

You will move into a granny apartment with bathroom and kitchenette in my house in a quiet location on the outer city wall. A fully automatic coffee machine, a microwave, a Dominokochfeld and a fridge with freezer compartment are part of the kitchen equipment as well as dishes for up to 6 people. The cozy and modern apartment is on the first floor and has its own garden access.
