For self-catering, there is a fully equipped kitchen with ceramic stovetop, oven and fridge. A nice new bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. TV + DVB-T2 antenna and Internet connection via Wi-Fi.

You can rent the apartment in our detached house for yourself. This is where we connected a new router. Now there is the latest WLan technology WIFI 6. The 50sqm with a south-facing balcony are equipped with a mobile air conditioning. The house is situated in a quiet dead end street. A separate bedroom with a box spring bed (1.40X2m) and walk-in wardrobe. In the bathroom you will find a nice walk-in shower and a washing machine. The kitchen is fully equipped.

The property is located in a particularly beautiful green and quiet location, yet with direct access to the highway. The surrounding major cities such as Cologne, Düsseldorf and Essen can thus be reached in no time. It was completely renovated and newly furnished in 2021. The furnishings are therefore new and up to date. The front door can be opened via a video intercom at the push of a button.

Here in Velbert, in the beautifully situated Deilbachtal, we offer an approx. 60 sqm single holiday home for 2 people, directly by the forest. The living space consists of a living room with 2 sofas, TV and a dining area directly opposite the kitchen.
