Apartment in a central city location

The apartment is located right on the edge of the old town and therefore everything is within walking distance. Only a few stairs and meters of altitude have to be overcome (typical Hall). The market square (known from the Schwäbisch Hall open-air theater) and St. Michael's Church are within walking distance. Almost down the stairs and you're there. The guest apartment is located in a separate building with private access. We, the hosts, are the neighbors.

Beautiful 60 sqm apartment in HN-EAST

The 60 sqm self-contained apartment with private entrance is located in a detached house, in a quiet location of Heilbronn-Ost. It can be parked by car in the courtyard in front of the facade directly in front of the apartment, or also free of charge in front of the house on the street. Our bright and spacious apartment is ready to host after the renovation of the barn. In two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a beautiful living, dining and cooking area you can enjoy your vacation. Whether by bike, on foot or by SUP, along the Main you can spend many beautiful hours. Also the cities of Würzburg and Rothenburg as well as countless small Franconian wine villages are nearby.

The apartment has a modern kitchen as well as free fast Wi-Fi and a smart TV with Netflix for cozy evenings. The comfortable king-size box-spring bed ensures pleasant nights. For an idyllic excursion on foot or by bike, the Zugwiesen or Zipfelbachtal are 10 minutes away.

Die Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Straße, Parkplatz ist vorhanden. Spaziergänge sind im nahen Wald möglich. Gleichzeitig sind aber diverse Geschäfte in Fußnähe, z. B. Bäckerei, dm-Drogerie, Penny ,ALDI, Kaufland, Apotheke und Rewe, ebenso ein großer Bio-Laden. Vor dem Haus befindet sich die Haltestelle für den Stadtbus. Auch ist der Bahnhof Mosbach-West fußgängig zu erreichen.
