Modern studio apartment with kitchen, bathroom and large balcony in a quiet location. In the living room is a pull-out bed with mattress and a pull-out sofa. 2 people can sleep comfortably on each. Kitchen and bathroom are newly renovated and fully equipped. There is a tram stop about 500 meters from the apartment. From there, it is about a 10-minute drive to the city. Aldi, Lidl, as well as a gas station that is open 24 hours are within approx. 5 minutes' walking distance.

Our pretty 1-room apartment with separate kitchen and separate bathroom is located in the basement of our terraced house. It offers two people a lot of comfort for a feel-good visit to Würzburg. The apartment is located between the University of Hubland and the old town. The campus of the University of Würzburg (Hubland) is 1 km away and can be reached on foot in 13 minutes. The Residenz Würzburg (2 km) is a 25-minute walk.

The 2-room apartment with bathroom and fully equipped kitchen is a 2-minute walk from the market square. The Ulmer Hof tram stop is right in front of the property. The apartment is in the center of Würzburg, so it can get noisy on weekends despite good insulation.
