Are you looking for a quiet place to stay, would you like to spend your free time in the countryside and at the same time live near the city center? You can do this in our sunny 2-room apartment (65 m²) in Frauenland with a large southwest terrace and direct access to the pool and garden. The pool and garden are also used by us. A kettle grill is available for grilling. With bus lines 14, 114 and 214 you can reach the city center in 10 minutes and the university at Hubland in 2 minutes.

Das ebenerdige Loft mit Wellness-Oase bietet im Sommer Erfrischung im Außenpool und von Oktober bis April Entspannung in Sauna oder 39°C warmem Hot-Tube. Handtücher und Bademäntel vorhanden.
