Our sun-drenched apartments exude calm and coziness. We equipped the holiday apartments with furniture made from our own stone pine forest. It beckons you to relax and unwind. Unique design apartment in a historic farmhouse

One out of our five delicately renovated apartments located on the second floor of a charming, characterful farmhouse. It is one of the oldest buildings of a cosy little village in the Valle d’Isarco in Northern Italy. We find ourselves right in the center of sun-blessed South Tyrol, on a hilltop at the entrance of the Gardena and Funes valleys. Close to the dolomites mountains but not far away from the popular towns of Bolzano and Bressanone it is an ideal starting point to explore the region.

Ciasa Silvia

The light-flooded 40m² vacation apartment Ciasa Silvia is located in San Martino in Badia (Sankt Martin in Thurn), a small community in northern Italy's South Tyrol region. The ground floor vacation apartment consists of a living room with sleeping options, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, a bedroom as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 5 people. An additional bed can be added to bring the max capacity to 5 people. The apartment features Wi-Fi and satellite television.

The apartment is located in a private house with two residential units. You live on the entire first floor, your landlord lives on the second floor. The house is in a quiet residential area and is a 3-minute walk from the bus stop and village center. Pfalzen is well connected to public transport, every 30 minutes there is a bus connection to Bruneck.
