From this centrally located accommodation, you can reach the city centre in about 1.5 kilometres. The forest is almost on your doorstep and is perfect for long walks. There is a playground within walking distance for the little ones. There are many sights to see in Xanten. You can enjoy water sports on the North and South Seas or simply linger at the plaza with cool drinks and good food. Xanten is very centrally located for visits to the Netherlands or the Ruhr area and therefore offers both variety and tranquillity.

Unser Tiny House liegt direkt an der Xantener Nordsee, angrenzend zum Naturschutzgebiet. Vom Grundstück seid ihr sofort am See bzw. an der anderen Seite direkt am Rhein. Ihr teilt euch die großen Wiesen mit einigen Bienenvölkern, Eichhörnchen, Igeln, Kanninchen und unserer Eule. Im Sommer könnt ihr Pflaumen, Äpfel u. Birnen direkt von den Bäumen pflücken, Kräuter aus den Beeten probieren u. im Herbst könnt ihr Walnüsse verzehren. Wir stellen euch einen Grill u. eine Feuertonne zur Verfügung.

Our small 13 meter long houseboat Lore is located in the inner harbor of Duisburg, 3 minutes from the city center in one of the trendiest areas of the city: the inner harbour. The Lore has two spacious bedrooms, a roof terrace with lounge furniture, a small covered terrace, a living room with a direct view of the water, a kitchen and of course a bathroom with shower and toilet. The Lore is winter festival and can be booked 365 days a year. We have had three boats in the harbor since 2025.

In the pilgrimage town of Ginderich, you will find us in the district of Werrich. Here it is nice, quiet and rural. The name reveals that you have a view of fields, meadows and the Rhine bridge Wesel. From us, there are a variety of bike paths to discover the Lower Rhine. The apartment is for 2-4 people.
