Great ambiance, very quiet and pleasant, a dream to rest. Only it is really hard to transport the things from the car to the houseboat; the path is quite long. It would be good if you could drive to the facility by car to unload. Otherwise everything is tiptop.

Very nice hostess, great 70s ambience, if you want to experience the charm of the time, this is the place for you. The surroundings are very close to nature, the lakes are right behind the house. From there you can start beautiful bike rides or hikes. Nearby Nijmegen is also definitely worth a trip with its culture and oldest city in NL's.

Everything all around beautiful there :-) highly recommended with dogs and children! Everyone will enjoy the beautiful place. Dogs can enter the lake directly to the left in front of the house, children on the right have a great playground right on the water. The park is well maintained. We would come back! Communication via Silke impeccable and very likeable! Nearest shopping is about 15 minutes by car.

We had a great family weekend at Eefke's, which was especially well received by the children. But we adults also felt very comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped and there was enough space for everyone. This house is really highly recommended for a larger group and Eefke is also very friendly and helpful.

A dream at the lake , perfect vacation for people and dogs! We had an absolutely fantastic time in this little paradise in Holland! The house is right on the lake and offers its own small beach. Simply perfect to enjoy the sunrise with a coffee in the morning or end the day relaxed. What we particularly loved: dogs are not only allowed here, but really welcome! Our four-legged friends had as much fun as we did. Swimming, running, relaxing... it was a dream for them. The place was super clean, lovingly decorated and equipped with everything you need. It's easy to see that people rent here with heart. A huge thank you also to the landlords, who welcomed us warmly and looked after us throughout the stay. Always friendly, helpful and with great tips for the area. You immediately felt at home!

Everything worked out great from start to finish and everything was right. Nice corner to relax and enjoy.

We had a short stay, the apartment is nice cozy and have very good outdoor garden to kids to play. Fantastic views and a calm and silent neighborhood. The host was very helpful as well. if I had to nitpick the bed in the big bedroom was a bit noisy but apart from that very good place to recommend.

We were warmly welcomed by the owner and his girlfriend. Really sweet people and reliable. Very nice house. Delicious water with fresh garden herbs was ready. Water in front of the door, you can take a dip in the water in no time. Swimming pool and children's pool in the park. Highly recommended to rent this holiday home. We had a great time.

Very nice, cozy place to stay, great view of the lake, large bathtub and a large hot tub to relax! Jerry was very friendly and helpful. We will be happy to come back!

The house was very beautiful and bigger than shown in the photos. In addition, it was stylishly furnished, cozy and the complex is beautifully landscaped. The contact with Marijn was super fast and straightforward from the booking to the day of departure. You always have to sit in the car to discover something, but the cities of Doesburg and in particular Zutphen give numerous shops, restaurants and beautiful alleys. It is an absolute recommendation overall.

The place was really super clean and also very cozy. Elaha always responded immediately to questions and helped. We had a super nice time!

Cordula’s place is idyllic. The garden is immaculate and a great setting for morning coffee. The apt was super clean and exactly what we needed for our group of 5. The walks along the Rhine were a great way to start the day. Would not hesitate to book Cordula’s place again.

Wonderful place, everything sparkling clean and tidy. Cordula had even kept a spot in front of our car so we could park ( which was a bit tricky in that street). The cottage with garden was nice and her dog is also super sweet we were allowed to cuddle for a while.

The vacation rental was great. The lakeside location very idyllic. The hosts are very nice.

Cordula was very friendly and helpful. Everything without complications, she also did not keep a parking space in front of the house free for us. Parking is very limited. S-Bahn is a short walk away. At first I was a little disappointed, because you can hear the sound of the highway and the trains, in addition only a number of trees separate the terrain from the street, so that in the fall you notice the traffic from there. Unfortunately, you also rely on one vehicle. But.... It got a lot quieter right on the weekend and sitting on the terrace or the jetty and watching nature is just beautiful. You can't help but relax. In summer, the lake invites you to swim and row. And the fence around the grounds is certainly a reassurance for parents. A real paradise for children. The house is very conveniently furnished (only the beds could be renewed) and I have never had such a well-equipped kitchen. Our host was very kind. But the crowning glory was of course the three deer :) Gladly again. P.S. We had a little trouble getting to the house, as the Navis have always misled us, so definitely pay attention to the description and drive into the small path after/before the railway crossing.
