House is 10 min by bike/25 min walk to the center of Nijmegen. Beautiful location on the Waal. Quiet neighbourhood with a lot of greenery. The house is fully equipped: bedroom with double bed, bedroom and study with single bed, cupboard room (including a mattress), spacious attic with washing machine and sports facilities, bathroom with shower and bath, spacious kitchen and living room and two terraces. Furthermore, a private parking space. Public charging station opposite the house.

Please read the entire text !!! This accommodation is located directly on the lake. Stylishly furnished. Up to 8 people over the age of 25 can relax here and enjoy the view of the lake. Large living room with dining area and open kitchen with a breakfast bar. The bathroom has a shower and a large whirlpool. Cozy cottage, if you are looking for peace and space, then you are in the right place! The detached cottage has a terrace with a large garden with a trampoline and a covered seating area. A few minutes' walk away is a lake where you can walk, fish and swim. Bikes can also come along! There are plenty of bicycle routes and hiking trails nearby. Zoo and war museum 10 minutes by car. Nijmegen and Venlo are nice cities for shopping, or visit the old fortified town of Grave.

There is a brand new built swimming pool, as well as a bar, a restaurant "Old Sailor" and a grocery store. The chalet is located in the holiday park Rhederlaagsemeren. Charming holiday home in Holland

We fell in love with the Gelderland because it is beautiful there and the landscape is ideal for hiking and cycling. In our beautiful garden you can relax beautifully, overlooking the pond with fountain. We really like long walks along the IJssel.... For shopping in Arnhem and Nijmewegen it is not far... we also like to try the numerous restaurants nearby..... it is also close to the nearest (very good) ice cream parlor on foot.

Endless enjoyment - near the water!

The vacation home is located in Asselt, directly on the Asseltse lakes and close to Roermond (4 km). The house has a cozy living room, spacious dining room and kitchen with combination microwave. Upstairs, there are 3 spacious bedrooms (2 king-size beds, 2 single beds) a bathroom with bathtub, double sink and separate shower. The garden faces east and has a beautiful sunrise over the meadows, the water and the beautiful nature.

The chalet has a size of70m ², on a 300m² property with private parking. It can accommodate up to 5 people. It is modernly decorated and has a fully equipped kitchen incl. Dishwasher, TV. The chalet can be used all year round.

luxurious and charming vacation home

You will be staying in a former forge from + -1870 in a beautiful, historical and very quiet area. This "Smidse" has been converted into a modern, cozy, very complete and spacious home. Extremely suitable as a base for various natural or sporting excursions, or as your "home away from home" when you temporarily need a 2nd home. Outside is a modest terrace overlooking an old, uninhabited presbytery. Wonderfully quiet!
