Für die Kleinen gibt es fussläufig einen Spielplatz. In Xanten erwarten sie viele Sehenswürdigkeiten. An der Nord und Südsee können sie Wassersport betreiben oder einfach am Plaza verweilen bei kühlen Getränken und gutem Essen. Xanten liegt sehr Central für Besuche in die Niederlande oder ins Ruhrgebiet und bietet deshalb Abwechslung u.Ruhe

The Duisburg houseboat Lore in the heart of the city

Our small 13 meter long houseboat Lore is located in the inner harbor of Duisburg, 3 minutes from the city center in one of the trendiest areas of the city: the inner harbour. The Lore has two spacious bedrooms, a roof terrace with lounge furniture, a small covered terrace, a living room with a direct view of the water, a kitchen and of course a bathroom with shower and toilet. The Lore is winter festival and can be booked 365 days a year. We have had three boats in the harbor since 2025.

In the pilgrimage town of Ginderich, you will find us in the district of Werrich. Here it is nice, quiet and rural. The name reveals that you have a view of fields, meadows and the Rhine bridge Wesel. From us, there are a variety of bike paths to discover the Lower Rhine. The apartment is for 2-4 people.
