Cosy cottage (Pen Lon Las) is part of the east wing of Albro Castle workhouse situated in its own valley overlooking the Teifi Estuary. We are surrounded by beautiful countryside with the start of the Pembrokeshire Coast Path at the end of our lane. Poppit beach is a 15 minutes walk away and the Preseli Mountains a 20 minute drive. St.Dogmaels is a pretty village with a local produce market every Tuesday, brilliantly stocked shop for essentials and the Ferry Inn pub just a 5 minute walk form us.

Relax in a beautiful, detached, cosy stone and beamed cottage nestling in a peaceful, wooded valley where nature is thriving. Rustic & comfortable . The cottage overlooks a stone bridge and small river on the Carmarthenshire/Pembrokeshire border. We are dog friendly and are happy to welcome up to two well behaved dogs. The perfect base to be in nature, walk, cycle & explore many scenic areas of this beautiful part of West Wales. Betty's was built in the 1800's & is a traditional, stone cottage.

Relax in our garden, overlooking the Preseli Mountains, enjoying our peaceful locality, or star gazing from the hot tub.

Guests can enjoy the unique opportunity to stay in their own space, with own surrounding gardens with access to local footpaths. It is extremely peaceful, with no noise pollution and dark nights. Away from hustle and bustle, this is a true get away, even though Cardigan town is only 10 minutes away. The local beaches are easily accessible also.

The annex is self-contained, but is part of our family home. Ample free parking is available.
