A 123 m² private villa offering a high-quality accommodation in a quiet forest overlooking white birch trees. In the stillness, the view of the white birch trees that fills the large window welcomes you like a painting. The beautiful contrast of the dappled sunlight, the white of the birch trees and the green of the forest gently relaxes the mind. We designed it as an inn to get away from the bustle of the city and just soak up the "tranquility". The bathroom features 'WABURO', a harmonious blend of the scent of cypress and beautiful tiles. Enjoy a luxurious bath time, relaxing in the free-flowing waters from the source spring. The interior has a Japanese modern interior that feels the warmth of natural materials. A spacious accommodation for up to 13 guests, ideal for family trips, group holidays, and anniversaries. Enjoy coffee time or a BBQ while gazing at the white birch trees from the terrace, and spend a quiet evening in the forest under a sky full of stars. The forest scenery changes with the seasons, and the place feels very clean, as you would expect from a new building. Mökki means "cottage" in Finnish. Spend your time in a special place surrounded by nature. Guest house Mökki is located in Shinano-cho, which is blessed with forests, lakes and snow in the northern part of Nagano Prefecture, and there are many natural places such as Kurohime Kogen, Lake Nojiri and Togakushi nearby. You will have full access to a comfortable building renovated with natural materials such as cedar, cypress, and plaster, a natural garden that creates seasonal views, and a forest with a stream.In the forest that we have been maintaining, you can see birds, squirrels, and raccoon dogs, and you can enjoy strolling around looking for wild vegetables and mushrooms, as well as swings and hammocks. We have also paid special attention to the interior of the room and kitchen utensils so that you can enjoy 'living'. You can also enjoy a barbecue on the wooden deck while looking out at the beautiful scenery of Nagano. There is also a hot spring facility nearby, so please use it as well. The inn can accommodate up to 6 people, but there are 4 beds. Please use the futon for the 5th person. We also welcome corporate training and workations. Located in a quiet place surrounded by nature, you can spend time in an environment that combines work and relaxation while increasing your concentration! Equipped with a projector: We provide the necessary equipment for presentations and training. * Private saunas are a paid option, so please order from the check-in link or contact us separately. ・ Private wood-burning sauna 5,000 yen per use We will prepare enough firewood to burn for about 5 hours. Enjoy the wood stove sauna and the water bath with a view. There are no private houses around, so you can listen to music and watch movies loudly. Because it is a house located deep in the mountains, we take the best measures, but in the warm season, insects come out. It snows a lot in winter. In autumn, fallen leaves dance. You will also need to adjust the wood stove fire yourself. It's not an easy house to live in, but we promise you a great view and experience. Enjoy cooking with a counter kitchen with a view, condiments and cooking utensils. (There is no equipment for BBQ)
