Had a super nice stay here, the apartment has a nice modern and cosy touch and was super clean. Great shower with nice hot water as well. We arrived very late at around 2am which was not a problem as you check in via a keypad. Huy was very responsive and helpful providing all the information we needed as well as giving us nearby suggestions to explore. One thing that could be added is a blanket/ cover for the bed in the front room, it is a fold out sofa but we could not find a cover however it was still a comfortable stay. Would definitely consider returning if in the area in the future.

We lived for 1 month and 3 weeks in Son's apartment. The condominium is ideal for those who want to relax, have a quiet routine and still be able to enjoy a bustling city full of life like Hanoi. The apartment is perfectly equipped with everything you need to cook, work remotely and rest. The thermal pool is excellent, the supermarkets are good and the free bus is a great differential. Son is an extremely attentive, polite and available host. He takes care of every detail so you feel like home! There were many toiletries and cleaners, cell phone charger next to the bed, robot to clean the house, dishwasher and a great washer. We feel very welcome and recommend this Airbnb 100%. It was a pleasure to be here!

If you have the chance to stay here and be hosted by Tim & Hana, you should be so lucky. It's out of the way and for people who want peacefulness. You get to just look at green, the garden and the trees every day. It was exactly what I wanted. They also have such a sweet little neighborhood they have made with their friends, everyone was very welcoming. There's a pickleball court, Tim & Hana are incredibly helpful, accomodating, open-hearted and kind, not to mention insanely competent. Anything we needed they accomplished so well and quickly I was blown away. The little scooter was great so you don't have to get a bike/car if you don't want. The home is so beautiful and clearly lived in, in the best way. It was made to be lived in and I felt so at home. It also felt so spacious and beautiful, it felt like many hours of love, care, thoughfulness, meditation and kindness were put into the home and even without anyone else there, it's easy to be impacted by it.
