Welcome to an independent part of my house, located 15 min from Le Mans city center, 10 min from the 24h circuit and 5 min from the European Cheval Pole. The accommodation consists of 2 attic bedrooms upstairs. On the ground floor: bathroom (bathtub), separate toilet, as well as a living room with a new kitchenette! You can also enjoy the outside thanks to the garden furniture. Only the entrance is shared with my house (access is blocked when it is rented).

Restored gypsy caravan on our property. The trailer is equipped with a bed area and a kitchen area with sink and fridge as well as electricity. The trailer is not equipped with a bathroom but you will have a Nordic bath to relax in peace. Also: dry toilet, barbecue, bikes and a small outdoor terrace. Breakfast is included in the nightly rate but you can also have a packed lunch on order before your arrival
