The accommodation consists of 2 attic bedrooms upstairs. On the ground floor: bathroom (bathtub), separate toilet, as well as a living room with a new kitchenette! You can also enjoy the outdoors thanks to the garden furniture. Only the entrance is shared with my house (access is blocked when it is rented).

Welcome to La Ferme, a charming, renovated house with a walled garden, located within the grounds of a château. The house is ideally located close to the Pôle Européen du Cheval (European Equestrian Centre), just 10 minutes away, and also a 15-minute drive from the 24 Hours circuit and the centre of Le Mans. Just a few minutes’ drive away, you will find a supermarket and all the amenities you need in the centre of Yvré-l’Évêque.

The Orchard House

Our peaceful accommodation is perfect for a getaway with family or friends. The charming house is located in the heart of our Domaine de la Mare, an organic cider estate. Nestled amid our orchards, it offers a relaxing and serene setting. Just 5 minutes by car from Le Mans and 20 minutes by public transport, you’ll be close to hiking trails for nature walks. You can also enjoy the activities that the region has to offer.
