The house located on the ground floor has been totally renovated in 2015 and has a fully furnished living room, dining room and kitchen. The bedroom has a double bed, a bathroom with a shower, and a TV. The house has two entrances, one through the zaguán directly accessing the kitchen, and another from the beautiful Andalusian patio with access to the dining room. The community patio has a private area with table and garden chairs ideal for a breakfast or meal under the Andalusian sky. Washing machine, fridge, kitchen utensils, crockery, glass-ceramic hob, oven-microwave, juicer, coffee maker, towels and bed linen, free Wi-Fi internet access, two flat-screen TVs. Chromecast available. The house is provided completely clean, and cleaning service is available during the stay if guests request it previously, under the established amount.
