Location: buses to Morskie Oko within walking distance, 3 km from the city centre, quiet neighbourhood; shops, restaurants, ski lifts (Nosal), valleys (Olczyska, Kopieniec), sights, bus stop within walking distance. Shops, bus station, main street all within walking distance. Smart TV (Netflix, Prime apps but you need your login to watch it). Perfect place all year round.

The view of the mountains "enters" the living room:) You can park your car on the property. The sauna and fireplace are free ,the 2x jacuzzi ( wood hot tub) paid extra. You can reach Gubałówka on foot(1 hour) and go by ropeway to Krupówki (4 minutes). Surroundings: hiking and cycling routes, ski slops!
