In winter, to ski, just cross the street, and in summer it is a quiet neighborhood and a great place for a "trip to the mountains". Na parterze znajduje się - przedpokój z szafą wnękową, - łazienka z prysznicem i pralką, - w pełni wyposażona kuchnia połączona z salonem, z którego jest wyjście na taras.
