There is a fridge with freezer compartment,, stove, microwave, coffee maker, toaster and kettle.Bed linen, towels and dishes are provided once. We offer you a well-kept bathroom with shower, foot bath, radiator + toilet. The terrace is also available for your own use. Please request long-term booking.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove and oven, coffee pod machine and a kettle. A washing machine, iron and ironing board are also provided. There is a shower and towels in our bathroom. There is also a cozy balcony with great views of the countryside.

The property has a cozy and covered patio and free parking. Inexpensively located in the Inn Valley, there are plenty of excursion destinations in the vicinity, e.g. the pilgrimage town of Altötting (5 km), Burghausen Castle (20 km), many lakes (Chiemsee - 30 min. drive) and much more.

Swimming in the natural pond is possible (at your own risk). A cat has also settled in the courtyard. He is well cared for and likes to stop by, so the accommodation is only suitable for guests who do not feel disturbed by this.
