Modern, bright and comfortable studio flat in a new building (2020). Our 43 sqm luxury studio flat "FEWO 88" is located on the Traben side of Traben-Trarbach along the Mosel river bank. It has a fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, air conditioning, floor heating, ventilation system, WiFi, Smart TV, king-size boxspring bed, sofa bed, river view, and elevator. The flat has its designated parking space. The multi-family building is completely barrier-free from parking lot to the flat.

Dining: First-class restaurants and cozy cafés are just around the corner.

Smart TV (Sky, DAZN) living room, TV in bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, sofa can be used as a sofa bed for one person, covered balcony overlooking Moselhöhe, bicycle, motorcycle garage, toddler beds and high chairs on request, playground, bicycle path directly from the house, parking, supermarkets 800 m, path to the city without inclines, children are welcome! Quaint half-timbered house 200 m from the Moselle bank Pünderich

Historic half-timbered house from 1570. It is located in the center of Pünderich. Bakeries and various restaurants are within walking distance. The house has a large covered terrace, and in the cellar, there is a wine fridge stocked by the winemaker – nothing stands in the way of a cosy wine tasting. The house is fully furnished with everything you could need. We are there regularly with friends or friends. Prices include cleaning and the Airbnb fee.

Grandmas Hilde house high above the mosel

We didn't have the heart to tear down Grandma Hilde's house. So we renovated the house for 1 year and got as much charm as possible. Enjoy your own hideaway with a large sun terrace, the old half-timbered but modern facilities. The house is at the narrowest point of Starkenburg, so that you can enjoy the distant view towards the Mosel river and the beautiful Ahringstal.
