Surrounded by wonderful hiking opportunities, it is also the starting point for numerous tourist highlights in the green heart of Germany.

This very modern and high-quality furnished guest apartment is located in the center of the Dietzhausen district of the city of Suhl with parking space on the property. Shopping and restaurants are within walking distance. The Haseltal cycle path leads directly past the property. The outdoor pool is about 300 meters away. The skiing and hiking areas in the Thuringian Forest (Oberhof with international competition venues and Schmiedefeld) are easily accessible by car in 20-30 minutes as well as by public transport.

Our apartment is situated in a quiet location on the outskirts of Benshausen, suitable for nature lovers. An ideal starting point for many hikes & bike tours. It is only 15 km to the well-known winter sports center Oberhof am Rennsteig, year-round cross-country skiing in Skisport Halle Oberhof, tobogganing, bike park, golf climbing park, wellness in the H2O Therme, sea aquarium in Zella-Mehlis.

Für die kleinen Gäste steht im Garten ein Trampolin, eine Nestschaukel und eine Seilbahn bereit. Die Erwachsenen können sich dagegen auf den Sonnenliegen entspannen oder auf dem Grill das Essen vorbereiten.

If necessary, another sleeping place can be quickly arranged on the foldaway bed. As a special highlight, there is a sauna in the vacation home.

It is an ideal starting point for hiking/cycling tours in the Thuringian Forest and is ideally suited for couples, friends and families. The spacious property offers enough space. In the house, all 3 bedrooms are furnished in pine wood.
