Modern, bright and comfortable studio flat in a new building (2020). Our 43 sqm luxury studio flat "FEWO 88" is located on the Traben side of Traben-Trarbach along the Mosel river bank. It has a fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, air conditioning, floor heating, ventilation system, WiFi, Smart TV, king-size boxspring bed, sofa bed, river view, and elevator. The flat has its designated parking space. The multi-family building is completely barrier-free from parking lot to the flat.

Cheerful colours and warm wood tones permeate this open and bright flat. When you wake up in the morning, the first rays of sunshine fall through the large windows and welcome the day. And when the weather is gloomy, just make yourself comfortable on the sofa next to the wood-burning stove. Our 55 square meter modern apartment can accommodate 2 people and is centrally located in Mülheim an der Mosel. Everything is within walking distance in the village. Small two-story cottage. On the ground floor, parking for bicycles. The apartment on the first floor can be reached via an external staircase. It is divided into a living-dining area with small kitchenette and a bathroom with spacious shower. To sleep, go up the internal staircase to an open gallery, where a 1.60 m wide bed awaits you. If you come with four people, the couch can be folded out to a full double bed.

From December to the end of February, the houseboat is located in the harbor basin, as shown in the first two pictures. Unique accommodation on the Moselle. The houseboat is located on the outer quay, with a direct view of the water. Spoiled by the sun all day. It has a double bedroom, bathroom with shower, kitchen-living room and terrace. On the roof there is another sun terrace.

Modern newly renovated attic apartment - WOLKENTURM-

In 2020, we completely remodeled the old school in Zeltingen-Rachtig into three modern design lofts. The Wolkenturm apartment is located in Zeltingen-Rachtig. On-site parking as well as a secure parking space for bicycles. Our apartments are perfect for a nice vacation for two. New: Each guest receives a free public transport ticket for bus, train and boat throughout the stay.
