Our Scandinavian house is located directly on the Baltic Sea in the first row to the beach, about 80 m away! Just behind the dunes in the pine forest, this holiday home is an ideal place to relax. The comfortable and fully equipped Scandinavian wooden house has a living area of approx. 75 m² and is suitable for max. 4 adults & 2 children.

For activities there is a beautiful large garden with a forest swing, free steam sauna, outdoor shower and tub, a standup paddle, a paddle boat and 4 bicycles.

Our holiday home is close to Greifswald. It is a 220 m² holiday home, right on the water for max. 12 people. Between Stralsund and Greifswald, the islands of Rügen and Usedom with their wide sandy beaches can be reached in 20 minutes by car. A rowing boat and a sauna in the sauna house are available to the tenants on site. We offer pure nature and tranquility, no traffic, the location on the water is unique. Our house is particularly suitable for families and groups.

The former Tagelöhnerkate has been lovingly renovated in 2019 The old and cozy character of the house was preserved and so this object captivates with its half-timbered, the largely preserved brick and its thatched roof. The house ideally accommodates 2 adults. An extra bed for up to 2 more persons in living room is possible. If this is not enough for you, you can visit the neighboring houses for friends and family (4 adults). + 2 children & 2 adults. + dog).

The DHH is located in 18317 Neuendorf b. Saal / Hafenweg 6D. It is about 85 m"with views of the water and with sauna, fireplace and Wi-Fi. The location is very quiet right on the harbor. 3 bedrooms with 1 DB each are available; in one bedroom, the sleeping places are accommodated in the alcove. 2 car parking spaces belong to the DHH. Pets are allowed. Operating costs will be billed according to usage. Spa tax is levied. 150€ deposit upon arrival.

Experience the sunrise with unobstructed views over the Baltic Sea towards Rügen. In our house directly on the border of the Western Pomerania Lagoon Area National Park. Magical moments that will enchant you. The idyll invites you to pause and gather strength. Bicycle and hiking trail right in front of the house. Quiet bay about 250 m away. The house is at the end of a dead end road in the front row with unobstructed views of the water.

Dünenhaus Dierhagen

This beautiful home in the dunes with sauna and fireplace is just off the Baltic Sea behind the dune of the Dierhagen's Baltic Sea beach and welcomes the first holiday guests from July 15. The architect house offers you a breathtaking view of the sea not only from the loggia. Enjoy the tranquility and fresh sea air on the spacious terrace, the loggia or in the cozy living area in front of the crackling fireplace.

An oasis against the stress of everyday life in a scenically beautiful location is our second holiday home on a peninsula between two lakes in the heart of Mecklenburg in the Sternberger Seenlandschaft in Rosenow near Warnow. Here you can relax on a 1600sqm large ,green end property. Rosenow is nicely secluded but central to reach the cities of Wismar and Schwerin as well as Rostock.
