The comfortable and fully equipped Scandinavian wooden house has a living area of approx. 75 m² and is suitable for max. 4 adults & 2 children.

Our holiday home is close to Greifswald. It is a 220 m² holiday home, right on the water for max. 12 people. Between Stralsund and Greifswald, the islands of Rügen and Usedom with their wide sandy beaches can be reached in 20 minutes by car. A rowing boat and a sauna in the sauna house are available to the tenants on site. We offer pure nature and tranquility, no traffic, the location on the water is unique. Our house is particularly suitable for families and groups.

The former Tagelöhnerkate has been lovingly renovated in 2019 The old and cozy character of the house was preserved and so this object captivates with its half-timbered, the largely preserved brick and its thatched roof. The house ideally accommodates 2 adults. An extra bed for up to 2 more persons in living room is possible. If this is not enough for you, you can visit the neighboring houses for friends and family (4 adults). + 2 children & 2 adults. + dog).

Experience the sunrise with unobstructed views over the Baltic Sea towards Rügen. In our house directly on the border of the Western Pomerania Lagoon Area National Park. Magical moments that will enchant you. The idyll invites you to pause and gather strength. Bicycle and hiking trail right in front of the house. Quiet bay about 250 m away. The house is at the end of a dead end road in the front row with unobstructed views of the water.

Dünenhaus Dierhagen

This beautiful home in the dunes with sauna and fireplace is just off the Baltic Sea behind the dune of the Dierhagen's Baltic Sea beach and welcomes the first holiday guests from July 15. The architect house offers you a breathtaking view of the sea not only from the loggia. Enjoy the tranquility and fresh sea air on the spacious terrace, the loggia or in the cozy living area in front of the crackling fireplace.

Family holiday home on the Baltic Sea

From our house it is only a few a hundred meters to the beach. The house offers a lot of space on 100 m². There are many of the pine trees typical of Lubmin on the property. To the south, the garden is very sunny and protected from the wind. The house is located on the second line, so it is very quiet. Shopping is only 5 min. by walk. Just so close is the large playground on the promenade.

We built the cottage with a lot of effort, time and love. The claim was always to be built as if you would move in with the whole family yourself. We have persisted this until the last day and do not want to let up in our claim. My place is very good for couples, business travelers, families (with children) and workation. Our charming thatched cottage Ankerherz is located directly on the west beach on the beautiful Fischland-Darß peninsula, only 50 meters from the Baltic Sea beach. The beach rise 15 is right in front of the house and via the sloping dyke the beach & dike can be reached without stairs, also perfect for strollers and buggies.
