The apartment is completed in June 2018 . The project wanted to enhance and rediscover all the historical parts of the apartment and give it value. We designed the spaces in order to have 2 separate rooms with their own bathrooms . The house is a movement of spaces , dimensions and materials . The room in the attic, accessible by a spiral staircase , enjoys the view of the port . From the hall the glimpse that crosses the Jewish quarter and captures a corner of the sea . Light is everywhere

CasaDuccio1 High End Room in the heart of the city

The room without kitchen has a separate entrance and is situated in the heart of the historical center, surrounded by many shops, bars and typical restaurants. In few minutes you can walk to both the beach and the rocks. Within walking distance there are the bus stops for various destinations (airport, beaches, other tourist destinations). You will appreciate the privacy, the location, the comforts, the cleaning. My accommodation is suitable for couples, lonely adventurers, business travelers.

La casa gode di una vista spettacolare sui Bastioni e sul golfo di Capocaccia. Situato al 3 piano l'appartamento è luminosissimo, dotato di ogni comfort, con un soggiorno/camera da pranzo con balcone che si affaccia sul mare e uno spazioso un angolo cottura con ripostiglio. Nella zona notte una grande stanza da letto con spaziosi armadi, secondo balconcino e bagno interno che guardano il centro storico. Secondo bagno completo di doccia esterno alla camera. Cute and charming little studio apartment in the heart of Alghero. This nice and small suite counts 1 bedroom with king size beds, 1 bathroom (shower, bidet, wc and lavabo), air-conditioning and cooking corner (with sink, fridge and portable induction hob), together with many more amenities in a very cool and warm interior ambiance.
