Welcome to our cozy little holiday apartment with the beach and sea 500 meters away! And close to bigger places like Middelburg and Domburg. Downstairs bathroom and dining facilities. Upstairs seating area and beds. Private shower, toilet, refrigerator, cooking facilities with oven, microwave, coffee machine, electric kettle. With WiFi, TV and in summer an air-cooler. Delicious soft water through the water softener. Tea and coffee are available; these may be consumed free of charge. Within walking distance are various shops, restaurants, a supermarket and a bakery. Crib and high chair provided, this costs €10 per stay. (pay loose on arrival). A staircase fence is installed upstairs. Check in from 2p.m. Check out before 10:00. Parking is free in the driveway with us. So no parking fee! Our price includes tourist tax. Beautiful apartment in Zoutelande close to the beach

This quietly located accommodation near the beach, shops and terraces with garden is tastefully and carefully decorated and a wonderful stay for a few days or a nice vacation with two or the whole family. Nice sitting area with lounge sofa, spacious dining table and fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and oven, large bathroom with walk-in shower and washing machine, 2 spacious bedrooms. Terrace in private garden on south-east with BBQ, storage room with 2 bicycles, high chair and cot, in short, fully furnished.

The modern new apartment is suitable for 2 adults and 1 child. Downstairs living room with open kitchen and toilet. Upstairs, 1 spacious bedroom with walk-in shower, toilet and a sleeping loft on the 2nd floor. Within 50 m walking distance of supermarket, bakery, restaurants and bike rental. Newly built in 2021 vacation rental in the beautiful village of Zoutelande! The beach, the dunes and the cozy village street can all be found within a walking distance of 5 minutes. Come enjoy the sea, sand and sun and the beautiful area. The small but nice apartment (25m2) has a separate bedroom with double bed (1.60 wide). A living area with a fully equipped kitchen with combination microwave, fridge, kettle and dishwasher. Small bathroom with toilet, shower and underfloor heating.

Net buiten Zoutelande is, zeer rustig en landelijke gelegen, onze gloednieuwe ,luxe 6-persoons vakantiewoning. Met een schitterend uitzicht op diverse akkers rondom. Zoutelande biedt u gezellige restaurants, terrasjes, (zomerse)weekmarkt en diverse winkels. Daarnaast, op het zuiden, een ruim strand met enkele strandpaviljoens. Verder is Meliskerke op 1,5 km te bereiken, daar bevinden zich de warme bakker, ambachtelijke slager en een supermarkt.

Cozy holiday home in Zoutelande

Since June 2020, we have been renting out this detached holiday home at the foot of the dunes in Zoutelande. The house is located in a quiet small-scale holiday park, within walking distance of the village center where nice shops and restaurants can be found. From the park, you can walk directly into the dune area, which gives you access to the beach. Zoutelande is an excellent starting point for hiking and cycling routes.

This recently modernized accommodation is located directly behind the dunes. The beach and the city center are only 50 meters away. A nice base for the two of you to enjoy a sunny beach vacation in beautiful Zoutelande. The guest house is wonderfully bright, tastefully decorated and has its own access to a private terrace in the shared garden. It is suitable for 2 people with a total area of 38 m2.

Onder de duinen, en op slechts 300 meter van het strand ligt onze studio met alle luxe die u verwacht. Het gezellige centrum van Zoutelande ligt eveneens op loopafstand. Een prima locatie om te geniet van een heerlijke vakantie. De studio is geschikt voor 2-3 personen met een totale oppervlakte van 35 m2. De studio is kindvriendelijk en beschikt over een eigen terras.
