The house is within cycling distance of the clean Walcheren beaches of Zoutelande and Domburg and the Veerse Meer. The renovation of this former emergency barn was completed in 2020. The energy-neutral vacation home has energy label A+++ and thus meets the requirements of this time. It is spacious, comfortable, cozy and welcoming. A fantastic place for a wonderful vacation.

Gezellige comfortabele vakantiewoning in de kern van Meliskerke met veel privacy en ruimte. Onze vakantiewoning heeft een badkamer en slaapkamer op de begane grond en extra brede deuren. Inmiddels verhuren we 6 jaar, dit is onze ervaring: ons vakantiehuis past het best voor stellen die voor de omgeving en/of rust komen. Of gezinnen met 1, 2 of 3 (jonge) kinderen. Kinderen hebben dan veel ruimte om in de tuin te spelen. In totaal 4 bedden, daarbij kan nog een campingbedje geplaatst worden.

The beautiful clean beach is accessible 500 meters from the house. The house is well insulated for a comfortable stay throughout the year. You can do many activities in Westkapelle and surrounding villages, such as fishing, surfing and shopping. The surrounding villages are easily accessible by bike, as are the cities of Middelburg and Vlissingen.

The house is 30 meters from our house. The holiday home with underfloor heating has all the comforts. With large fenced garden facing south. Bike rental and supermarket 1km away. In a fantastic location in Zeeland (Joossesweg 181) you can enjoy this bright and comfortable 8-person holiday home: Duinlodge. This lovely house has a large enclosed garden and is within walking distance of the dunes between Zoutelande and Westkapelle. It has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Tourist tax is 2.42 euros pppn. Bed linen 12 euros and towels 10 euros can be ordered. Your dog is also welcome for a surcharge of 30 euros per stay (per dog).

Since June 2020, we have been renting out this detached holiday home at the foot of the dunes in Zoutelande. The house is located in a quiet small-scale holiday park, within walking distance of the village center where nice shops and restaurants can be found. From the park, you can walk directly into the dune area, which gives you access to the beach. Zoutelande is an excellent starting point for hiking and cycling routes.
