Welcome to our cozy little holiday apartment with the beach and sea 500 meters away! And close to bigger places like Middelburg and Domburg. Downstairs bathroom and dining facilities. Upstairs seating area and beds. Private shower, toilet, fridge, cooking facilities with oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle. With WiFi, TV and in the summer an air cooler. Deliciously soft water through the water softener. Tea and coffee are available; these may be consumed free of charge. Within walking distance are various shops, restaurants, a supermarket and a bakery. Crib and high chair available, this costs €10 per stay. (pay separately upon arrival). A staircase fence is installed upstairs. Check in from 2 p.m. Check out before 10:00 . Parking is free with us on the driveway. So no parking fees! Our price includes tourist tax. Upstairs, 1 spacious bedroom with walk-in shower, toilet and a sleeping loft on the 2nd floor. Within 50 m walking distance of supermarket, bakery, restaurants and bike rental. Newly built in 2021 holiday home in the beautiful village of Zoutelande! The beach, the dunes and the cozy village street are all within a 5-minute walking distance. Come and enjoy the sea, sand and sun and the beautiful surroundings. The small but nice apartment (25m2) has a separate bedroom with double bed (1.60 wide). A living area with fully equipped kitchen with combination microwave, refrigerator, kettle and dishwasher. Small bathroom with toilet, shower and underfloor heating.

New (May 2022) modern vacation home for 2 adults and 1 baby. Located in the village of Westkapelle, 200 meters from the dike and the sea. The beautiful clean beach is accessible 500 meters from the house. The house is well insulated for a comfortable stay throughout the year. You can do many activities in Westkapelle and surrounding villages, such as fishing, surfing and shopping. The surrounding villages are easily accessible by bike, as are the cities of Middelburg and Vlissingen.

Do you want to enjoy cycling through the ‘cycling province’ of the Netherlands, long walks (with your dog) along the sea or just relax on the beaches and the many beach pavilions? Boutique Casita makes it happen! Please note that the rental price is exclusive of the following costs: - Dog fee: €15 per day per dog. - Tourist tax: €2.42 per day per person. - In the months of December, January, February, and March, gas consumption is charged additionally at a rate of €1.50 per m³.

Amenities such as a supermarket, bakery, restaurants are within walking distance. You can also make the most beautiful (beach) walks and bike rides from your studio. The studio has a double bed, toilet, shower/sink, television, kitchenette with coffee/tea facility and hob, private access and terrace.

Zoutelande biedt u gezellige restaurants, terrasjes, (zomerse)weekmarkt en diverse winkels. Daarnaast, op het zuiden, een ruim strand met enkele strandpaviljoens. Verder is Meliskerke op 1,5 km te bereiken, daar bevinden zich de warme bakker, ambachtelijke slager en een supermarkt.

The holiday home is a perfect base for wonderful days on the beach or to explore the area. This modern and tastefully furnished house in country style is fully equipped, the beds are made and bath towels are provided. Just enjoy yourself close to the beach!

Cozy holiday home in Zoutelande

Since June 2020, we have been renting out this detached holiday home at the foot of the dunes in Zoutelande. The house is located in a quiet small-scale holiday park, within walking distance of the village center where nice shops and restaurants can be found. From the park, you can walk directly into the dune area, which gives you access to the beach. Zoutelande is an excellent starting point for hiking and cycling routes.

Apartment Annabel Dishoek

Apartment Annabel is located next to a cozy detached house in Dishoek. We live a five-minute bike ride from the beach and have a beautiful view of the Zeeland countryside. Around the apartment is a terrace where there is a place in the sun all day (it is all around). In addition, you also have a nice view of the cozy garden from the apartment.
