Welcome to our cozy little holiday apartment with the beach and sea 500 meters away! And close to bigger places like Middelburg and Domburg. Downstairs bathroom and dining facilities. Upstairs seating area and beds. Private shower, toilet, fridge, cooking facilities with oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle. With WiFi, TV and in the summer an air cooler. Deliciously soft water through the water softener. Tea and coffee are available; these may be consumed free of charge. Within walking distance are various shops, restaurants, a supermarket and a bakery. Crib and high chair available, this costs €10 per stay. (pay separately upon arrival). A staircase fence is installed upstairs. Check in from 2 p.m. Check out before 10:00 . Parking is free with us on the driveway. So no parking fees! Our price includes tourist tax. Welcome to our Duinhuisje in the dunes of Zoutelande, with the beach less than 100 meters away. Close to bigger places like Middelburg, Domburg and Veere. The modern new apartment is suitable for 2 adults and 1 child. Downstairs living room with open kitchen and toilet. Upstairs, 1 spacious bedroom with walk-in shower, toilet and a sleeping loft on the 2nd floor. Within 50 m walking distance of supermarket, bakery, restaurants and bike rental. On-site private parking. Terrace with lots of privacy.

Newly built in 2021 holiday home in the beautiful village of Zoutelande! The beach, the dunes and the cozy village street are all within a 5-minute walking distance. Come and enjoy the sea, sand and sun and the beautiful surroundings. The small but nice apartment (25m2) has a separate bedroom with double bed (1.60 wide). A living area with fully equipped kitchen with combination microwave, refrigerator, kettle and dishwasher. Small bathroom with toilet, shower and underfloor heating.

Do you want to enjoy cycling through the ‘cycling province’ of the Netherlands, long walks (with your dog) along the sea or just relax on the beaches and the many beach pavilions? Boutique Casita makes it happen! Please note that the rental price is exclusive of the following costs: - Dog fee: €15 per day per dog. - Tourist tax: €2.42 per day per person. - In the months of December, January, February, and March, gas consumption is charged additionally at a rate of €1.50 per m³.

The house is 30 meters from our house. The holiday home with underfloor heating has all the comforts. With large fenced garden facing south. Bike rental and supermarket 1km away. Not far from Aagtekerke are the cozy seaside resorts: Domburg (2.3km) Westkapelle (5.8km) Zoutelande (6.1 km)

Net buiten Zoutelande is, zeer rustig en landelijke gelegen, onze gloednieuwe ,luxe 6-persoons vakantiewoning. Met een schitterend uitzicht op diverse akkers rondom. Zoutelande biedt u gezellige restaurants, terrasjes, (zomerse)weekmarkt en diverse winkels. Daarnaast, op het zuiden, een ruim strand met enkele strandpaviljoens. Verder is Meliskerke op 1,5 km te bereiken, daar bevinden zich de warme bakker, ambachtelijke slager en een supermarkt.

Welcome to De Duindoorn! A new detached four-person holiday home in Zoutelande with a quiet location, sunny private south-facing terrace and with the beach within walking distance. The holiday home is a perfect base for wonderful days on the beach or to explore the area. This modern and tastefully furnished house in country style is fully equipped, the beds are made and bath towels are provided. Just enjoy yourself close to the beach!

Cozy holiday home in Zoutelande

Since June 2020, we have been renting out this detached holiday home at the foot of the dunes in Zoutelande. The house is located in a quiet small-scale holiday park, within walking distance of the village center where nice shops and restaurants can be found. From the park, you can walk directly into the dune area, which gives you access to the beach. Zoutelande is an excellent starting point for hiking and cycling routes.

Welcome to your own cottage 200m from the sea

In our big garden, there is a cute little house all to yourselves. From the garden, you can see the lighthouse. Pets aren't allowed. 2 lovely box spring beds, private shower, toilet, TV, WiFi, fridge, coffee/tea and microwave. Park your car for free at your accommodation or charge your bike at your cottage (bring your own charger) Enjoy a beach walk to Vlissingen, the beautiful bike paths or a day in historic Middelburg!

Onder de duinen, en op slechts 300 meter van het strand ligt onze studio met alle luxe die u verwacht. Het gezellige centrum van Zoutelande ligt eveneens op loopafstand. Een prima locatie om te geniet van een heerlijke vakantie. De studio is geschikt voor 2-3 personen met een totale oppervlakte van 35 m2. De studio is kindvriendelijk en beschikt over een eigen terras.

A lovely, quiet, child-friendly home, equipped with a modern, fully equipped kitchen with combi microwave/oven, dishwasher, stove and fridge with freezer compartment. A cozy and modern decor and everything you need for an unforgettable vacation with young children. The fireplace cannot be used. The coffee maker is a Nespresso.

Olijfje in the village - right by the sea

Private Suite, where you can enjoy the relaxed atmosphere and beautiful teak elements, but at the same time be right in the village and close to the beach, free parking and equipped with every comfort for a great time. The room is named Olijfje after her older sister in Spain.
