Welcome to our cozy and cozy holiday apartment with the beach and the sea 500 meters away! And close to larger towns such as Middelburg and Domburg. Downstairs bathroom and dining area. Upstairs seating and beds. Private shower, toilet, refrigerator, cooking facilities with oven, microwave, coffee machine, electric kettle. With WiFi, TV and in summer an air-cooler. Delicious soft water through the water softener. Tea and coffee are available; these may be consumed free of charge. Within walking distance several shops, restaurants, supermarket and bakery. Cot and high chair available, this costs €10 per stay. (pay separately on arrival). A stair gate is installed at the top. Check-in from 14.00h. Check-out before 10.00 am. The modern new apartment is suitable for 2 adults and 1 child. Downstairs living room with open kitchen and toilet. Upstairs 1 spacious bedroom with walk-in shower, toilet and a sleeping loft on the 2nd floor. Within 50m walking distance of supermarket, bakery, restaurants and bike rental. Parking on private property. Terrace with lots of privacy.

This lovely, bright and beautifully decorated 5-person apartment can be rented on one of the most beautiful streets in the village of Zouteland. It was completely renovated in spring 2018. It is on the ground floor in a house with a total of 5 apartments. In the garden there is a private garden shed available with garden table and chairs, small kitchen with fridge, barbecue and washing machine. The beach is 100 meters away and shops and restaurants only 300 meters away.

Newly built in 2021 holiday home in the beautiful village of Zoutelande! The beach, the dunes and the cozy village street are all within a 5-minute walk. Come and enjoy the sea, sand and sun and the beautiful area. The small but nice apartment (25m2) has a separate bedroom with double bed (1.60 wide). A living area with fully equipped kitchen with combination microwave, refrigerator, kettle and dishwasher. Small bathroom with toilet, shower and floor heating.

Atmospheric studio for 2 pers. close to the beach

Would you like to go to Zoutelande with the two of you? Then this is an ideal place to stay. The studio was completed in 2021 and fully equipped. You are in a quiet part of Zoutelande, but still close to the center. The terraces of this pleasant Zeeland coastal town are a few minutes' walk away. The promenade and the beach are also a stone's throw away. When the sun is shining, you can sit back and relax in the chairs on the seating terrace. Enjoy!

Net buiten Zoutelande is, zeer rustig en landelijke gelegen, onze gloednieuwe ,luxe 6-persoons vakantiewoning. Met een schitterend uitzicht op diverse akkers rondom. Zoutelande biedt u gezellige restaurants, terrasjes, (zomerse)weekmarkt en diverse winkels. Daarnaast, op het zuiden, een ruim strand met enkele strandpaviljoens. Verder is Meliskerke op 1,5 km te bereiken, daar bevinden zich de warme bakker, ambachtelijke slager en een supermarkt.

Friendly holiday home Zoutelande

Since June 2020, we have been renting this detached holiday home at the foot of the dunes in Zoutelande. The house is located on a quiet small-scale holiday park, within walking distance of the village center where you can find nice shops and restaurants. From the park you walk directly into the dune area which gives access to the beach. Zoutelande is an excellent starting point for hiking and cycling routes.

Onder de duinen, en op slechts 300 meter van het strand ligt onze studio met alle luxe die u verwacht. Het gezellige centrum van Zoutelande ligt eveneens op loopafstand. Een prima locatie om te geniet van een heerlijke vakantie. De studio is geschikt voor 2-3 personen met een totale oppervlakte van 35 m2.
