The apartment is in the 3rd floor with elevator . Many trendy restaurants, bars and boutiques around in the area in the beautiful historical city. Only 10 walking minutes to the lake or to the main railstation with direct access to the airport and mountains. Residential car-free area. You will love the place !

In Zurich (Kreis 5), the area with the highest quality of urban life, in walking distance to the train station, the Landesmuseum, Old Town and the famous shopping street. The house is a listed building in a save neighbourhood. This is an apartment in the middle of the city. You can sometimes hear the trains entering the main station.
