Our apartment "Schwalbennest" is a charming two-room apartment with entrance area, living/dining room, well-equipped kitchen and bathroom with shower on approx. 40 square meters of living space. A spiral staircase leads to the sleeping area in the gallery with double bed and sofa bed. The apartment is located in a quiet residential area in a hillside location, a few hundred meters next to the Hochrheinradweg and about 12 minutes walk from the train station and the picturesque old town of Laufenburg.

Excursions to surrounding attractions such as the ruins of Farnsburg or the Endless Trail (bike trail) can be started directly from the property. By public transport you are in Basel in 37 minutes, 1 hour 15 minutes in Zurich or Bern.

I call this little home "Tetto Piccolo." It is a 40 m² apartment. Behind the house is a small playground. Next door is the physiotherapy school and the Rhine Jura Clinic. The thermal bath is also within 3 minutes' walk. The Swiss border is also very close. The quiet location close to the mountain lake and a beautiful view of Switzerland invite you to relax. Wi-Fi is available. There is also a tourist tax of €2.5/day/person to be paid.

Whether you're passing through or staying for a vacation, you can relax wonderfully in this spacious and serene space, close to the nature reserve and the Rhine. Bike path 2 leads almost past the house. By public transport you can reach Basel in 30 minutes. A separate entrance gives you freedom and independence. The whole apartment and also the bathroom are wheelchair accessible. It is a self-contained apartment in a detached house.

E-bikes, as well as a washing machine, tumble dryer and parking spaces in the underground car park are available on request (for an additional fee).
