In 5 Minuten ist man im Wald. upgrad 18.8.25 Die Umgehungsstraße ist 1 Kilometer luftlinie entfernt und je nach Wetterlage und Wind hört man diese mal mehr und mal gar nicht. Da ist jeder anders.

The region is ideal for swimming, hiking, cycling and relaxing and is especially attractive for families. Therefore, the apartment is child-friendly and can be handed over with a high chair and baby travel bed on request.

This stylish property is perfect for families and couples. The location is ideal for hiking and cycling, climbing on the Rosenstein and for excursions to Stuttgart, Schwäbisch Gmünd, Aalen and Heidenheim. Legoland or the Swabian Park are also not far away!
