The bungalow, completed in November 2020, is located on a fenced property with an area of 500 square meters. The accommodation is heated with an automatic pellet stove with a viewing window. The bathroom has underfloor heating. The room with a double bed is separated from the room with a bunk bed by a wardrobe. Wi-Fi with 250 Mbit/s is at your disposal. The covered terrace offers enough space with about 28 square meters. A carport and a parking space are provided. Access is barrier-free.

Die Echtholzdielen laden mit ihrem Altbaucharme ein. Die Wohnung liegt im 1. Stock, in einem ruhigen Viertel nahe der Hochschule. Ein Supermarkt 🛒 und Bäcker 🥨 finden sich direkt die Straße runter. Die Joblinie 🚎, welche euch zu Zeiss bringen kann ist auch schnell erreicht. Zu Fuß braucht man 15 Minuten ins Zentrum.

Downtown is a 10-minute walk. The B 29 to Stuttgart and the B 19 to Oberkochen/Heidenheim are very close. The factory bus to the Zeiss company is only about 200 meters away. The apartment is exceptionally equipped. In winter, the underfloor heating is wonderfully warm.

The house from 1693 was lovingly restored. The old construction was completely preserved, but equipped with many modern conveniences. My farmhouse is suitable for couples, nature lovers, solo travelers, families.
