All the indoor details have been cared for and a rarely stylish and atmospheric interior design has been carried out in the small simple house from 1978. It pours in with sun from the large green garden with both south- and west-facing terraces and there is only 100 meters walk to the sea view, as well as a beautiful hiking trail in the woods on the edge of the slope to the sea.

The apartment has two rooms with a double bed and two single beds, respectively. There is free access to the property's shared roof terrace on the 19th floor with stunning views of Aarhus and the bay. On the roof terrace there is a barbecue and outdoor kitchen. The marina with cozy restaurants is only 2 min from the apartment. The harbor bath is just below the building and the cathedral is only 1.5 km away.
