It is about 25 km to Aarhus and about 20 km to Ebeltoft. The house has 3 bedrooms. There is a kitchen and living room with a wood-burning stove. There are two terraces with sun and good shelter. Payment is made for consumption according to the meter: electricity DKK 2.79 per kWh; water and drainage DKK 89.00 per m³. The landlord takes the meter readings at check-in and check-out and sends a bill for the actual consumption via Airbnb.

The house is located on a nice large plot with space for garden games and behind the house is a slope with large beech trees. The cottage is located 2.5 km from the very child-friendly Femmøller Strand, and there is a path all the way. The trail continues to the amazing market town of Ebeltoft with good shopping opportunities and adventurous cobblestone streets. 45 minutes from the house is Aarhus and many cultural experiences.

There are two bedrooms (double beds) and three sofas in the living room. The house has a heat pump and wood stove.

The house is really nicely located on the plot with a fantastic view over the passage of the seasons in Mols Bjerge.
