The house is very well located for vacationers wishing to be quiet. The views are beautiful. It has all the comforts in the house. It's clean and spacious. The path is not easy to find on arrival but we were guided, very quickly! Thank you. Just a few small tips to the owners so that over time the house does not degrade: the electricity is not perfect with partially or even non-functional switches. The bedroom curtain doesn't hold, but our hosts were very responsive, and finally the shower stockings clogged up. But none of this tainted our stay which was perfect.

The property was stunning. Looks just like the photos. Comfortable and with a beautiful garden. It has everything you need. And delicious fresh eggs! The host was very nice, communicative and helpful.

Thank you Jaime, A very well designed and spacious house, a fireplace that works great, it was really a plus, because we were unlucky with the weather which was quite average at the end of March. Jaime was waiting for us and there were no communication problems, the only small downside was the neighbors' dogs who are not well trained and probably alone and bark constantly. But apart from that, we enjoyed the calm a lot.

Fantastic villa! Located in very quiet area, the house had everything we needed for a month stay. We traveled with a small kid and it was great to have a crib and a high chair for her. The house is spacious and the garden too. I really enjoyed spending time in the garden with beautiful view to the ocean.

Andrés' place is situated down a country lane, a bit off the main road, but the estate is lovely and exactly as depicted / described. The Casa is the top floor of the building and has gorgeous views over the whole coast. It was a serene stay and Andrés and Mónica were very communicative, friendly, and helpful. Thoroughly recommend for anyone looking for a stay on the north coast of Tenerife!

This is a beautiful house with a beautiful pool. We enjoyed our stay a lot. Very good accommodation for families with kids. Milagros is a very caring host.

It's has been a super great experience! Everything you need was there. Spices, material for cleaning and much more. The location is quiet, but you should be good on foot to get to the center of PdlC. Alternatively, you can use the car or a taxi. Communication with the host was great, he was super friendly and helpful! The house is perfect for 4 people or a family with 2 children.

A wonderful stay. Very comfortable, unique apartment with great internet, TV and even a real dryer for clothes (a rarity here). Great neighbourhood, lots of history, shops and good restaurants. Supermarkets within walking distance. Very safe. Beatriz was a great host.

A beautiful villa with stunning views! It was well-equipped with everything we needed, making our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The villa offers a very nice view, overlooking the ocean and the Teide as well. One small issue we encountered was an unexpected pool maintenance visit, which we were not informed about in advance. While we understand the necessity of upkeep, a heads-up would have been appreciated for better communication. Overall, though, this villa is a fantastic place to stay, and we would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway with amazing scenery!

The place is even nicer in real life than the pictures. The rooms, bathrooms, decor, heated pool, and views of the place and sea are beautiful. Irene is super friendly and the perfect host. Everything was perfectly prepared and you feel in very good hands. Absolutely recommended!

We spent two nights as a family, in the house the environment is huge and beautiful with different environments throughout the house, the beds are comfortable and the pool was perfect. All very well cared for. Swings for the children, super barbecue, and beautiful views. We left welcome fruit! At all times the host Genoveva has been a very attentive and friendly love. Thank you for a wonderful stay! We all had an amazing time and this amazing Villa. Tatiana was very welcoming on arrival and showed us around the Villa. The Villa is based in a quiet residential area and is only a 10 minute walk from the centre, however there is a big supermarket and restaurants within 5 minutes of the Villa. The Villa had everything we needed for the stay, the jacuzzi and heated pool were brilliant, meaning they can be enjoyed even when the sun isn't out! We used the gas BBQ numerous times and everything cooked really well on it, being in an undercover area it adds a lovely space to spend time in the evening. Our son loved playing the baby grand piano which really added to the stay. The kitchen facilities were all really useful as was the washing room, everything had been thought of and made us feel at home. The hosts were more than happy to help with any queries and were very responsive. We would love to stay in this wonderful villa again!

Our stay at this villa was simply unforgettable! The villa is beautiful, spotless, and very well maintained. It looks exactly like the photos — actually, even better in real life. The host was incredibly kind and welcoming, and everything was perfectly organized. What impressed us the most was the absolutely breathtaking view from the terrace and the windows: the ocean, the city, and the mountains — waking up at sunrise and enjoying this scenery was pure magic. This place is truly incredible, and I highly recommend everyone to experience it. We were absolutely delighted!

The villa (including backyard and pool) is absolutely wonderful and we thank Luis and his team for all the lovely details that they arranged. I had a wonderful stay here - everybody was incredibly friendly, the location is beautiful and peaceful, and the rooftop area is really lovely. The beach is roughly a 30 second walk away. The room was spacious and the bed was comfy- there was also a fan in the room. I’ll definitely be back and would recommend it to anyone wanting a relaxed beach holiday away from the stresses of normal life!

Chewy is a very accommodating host and the apartment is a wonderful gem in a beautiful place, away from the big tourist streams.

We had a wonderful stay. The house itself was cosy and comfortable - we particularly enjoyed the outside space, use of the bbq and the pool. The pool was cleaned multiple times during our stay. The host was responsive and flexible. We liked the area as it wasn’t touristy and was accessible to all the places we were keen to go on the island. Friendly neighbours too! We didn’t want to leave and would definitely stay again!

Maria Luisa, the host, was really helpfull at all times. She gave us useful information of places close by. The house is really nice in a quiet peaceful area and has everything that you could need for a holiday. Totally recommended. This is an incredible experience of 6 days on a cliff with incredible views of the island and the ocean, with beautiful sunsets that you can watch sangria on the magical terrace. Comfortable grill area, comfortable beds, lots of towels, jacuzzi, fast internet, dishes, everything you need. Great secluded location and very beautiful grounds of the house. I will be back here. Love.

An excellent property and Mihail is indeed a Superhost. We couldn't work the fantastic television and the hairdryer had been broken by the previous incumbents. Both were sorted out within a couple of hours with a prompt efficient visit by Mihail. We hope to be back soon.
