We were very doubtful about where to establish our residence, if by the Atlantic swells or rather by the coniferous forest on the skirts of Teide. Being fanatics of nature and sports, no matter if it's trekking, cycling, paragliding, golf or windsurfing we decided we would rather stick to the middle road, and in our search we bumped into San Miguel, a charming small town, away from the hustle and off the beaten track, still all amenities a short walk away. We surely found the perfect balance.

Being fans of nature and sports, whether hiking, cycling, paragliding, golf, surfing, kite or windsurfing, we didn't know very well where to settle, whether next to the Atlantic Ocean or on the contrary near the forest crown in the foothills of Teide. In our search we came across San Miguel, a small town with a lot of charm, away from the hustle and bustle, but with all the amenities at your fingertips. Now with perspective we are sure we have found the perfect balance.

The good life

Bright,serene, spacious... a space where time seems another, slower. Enjoy the sun and shade, work with the open house, immerse ourselves in the water, eat and dine outdoors, read, play, walk the beach, cook without a rush... the good life. As an architect, after many renovations, I know that light and space are the real luxury. A main space that opens completely to the terrace facing the sea, towards the sunset, in a very quiet environment.

The accommodation in the residential complex of Colina Blanca in Costa Adeje is a place of peace located in a touristic area of San Eugenio alto. The functionally furnished apartment with its private terrace can accommodate up to a max of 3 people. There is an option of dining outside. Views to the ocean, sunbeds. Around 20 min to the beach. It is located on the top floor and has separate entrance. Free public parking by the complex.
