Nice apartment with panoramic views and direct to the sea. Fully equipped, both in the kitchen and the rest of the apartment. The apartment has a double room with sea views and with full en-suite bathroom, another room with two single beds. In both rooms it has a wardrobe with hangers, folding windows and curtains. In the living room it has a comfortable sofa, smart-tv, books, wifi, etc. and access to the private balcony where you will find a terrace table and enough seating for four people, the views are fantastic. The upper part has a private solarium with lawn and sunbeds. In the kitchen it has a refrigerator with refrigerator, microwave oven, ceramic hob with extractor, washing machine, dishwasher, juicer, toaster, etc... IMPORTANT: - Beach towels inclusive - more space in your bags!!! Very comfortable and fully equipped apartment, with an unbeatable view to enjoy every meal watching the sea and the beach. This has been our occasional rest retreat and now we're starting to rent it out for the first time, after renovating it. It is in one of the historic apartment developments of Costa Adeje, where those of us from here spent our summers. Now it looks modern and comfortable, in a quiet immediate environment. WiFi Internet, TV, two swimming pools (one exclusively for young children) and right outside your door, three beaches and the promenade 3 minutes away. You can telework from the terrace or inside.
