Panorama Wide Sea View

The 26th floor is the top one with direct, panoramic views of the sea. The building is located directly by the sea, 20 meters from the beach. Near the house there is the largest mall, as well as many restaurants, cafes, a water park and children's attractions.  Two-storey apartment with an area of 100 sq.m. with two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a dressing room. Heated floors throughout the entire area and air conditioning in each room separately.  The renovation was completed in June 2024.

This 43 sqm Studio is situated on 3rd floor of a 4 level-building. The Building is inside a huge hotel-complex, with 5 stars facilities (restaurants, bars, pools, cinema, bowling, Aqua-Park, Tennis, footbal, playgrounds, etc...). For those who knows Dreamland Oasis Hotel, it is in Block 10. Beautiful gardens are all around inside the complex. Totally safe for childrens. No animals accepted in this studio.
