Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet aber der Wasserhanen in der Küche hat nur kaltes Wasser.Warmes Wasser gibt es im Badezimmer welches direkt neben der Küche ist. Das Studio misst knapp 20 m2, verfügt über ein grosses Doppelbett, eine Sitzecke mit Sofa und eine Theke. Ebenfalls hat es eine Nasszone mit eigener Dusche, Lavabo und Toilette. Es gibt keine Kochmöglichkeit, aber es hat einen kleinen Kühlschrank, einen Wasserkocher und eine Nespresso-Kaffeemaschine.
