Our cosy attic apartment is quietly situated on the outskirts of the village with direct access to nature. A cozy nest with lots of light and an unobstructed view from large windows and from the sun balcony. You can quickly reach Stuttgart, Waiblingen, Winnenden, Ludwigsburg or Backnang. The S-Bahn station is Winnenden. The supermarket and bus stop is a few minutes walk away. The apartment has it's own entrance, is fully furnished with everything you need and you don't have to share it with anyone.

You will be in Stuttgart in around 20 minutes. A bus stop is approximately a 2-minute walk away. Additional tourist tax of €2 per person per day from 1/7/26

My place is close to an S-Bahn station (10-minute walk + bus connection right in front of the house). The journey time to Stuttgart Central Station is 30 minutes. My place sleeps 1-2 adults and is 36 square meters. It is a self-contained apartment/basement. Flat-screen TV and Wi-Fi are available. From a 7-day rental, there is a weekly change of linens and fresh towels and dish towels. Plates, cutlery and pots are available.

Oldest house in Marbach – Maisonette apartment

The duplex apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a historic and oldest half-timbered house in the city of Marbach. This is only a 5-minute walk from the S-Bahn or bus as well as the old town or a nearby beer garden on the Neckar river bank. Next to the house runs the main road through the town. Due to the low insulation of the half-timbered house, it can be a little more restless on weekdays.
