Sleeping places for 10 + 2 more if the loft is used. Large, sunny terrace with "several zones", well shielded from view BUT not from the view. The zoo and Kristiansand are about 15 minutes away by car. Tømmerstø Brygge, with a convenience store, restaurant and Sørlandet's best ice cream parlour, is a close and pleasant neighbour.

House in Ny Hellesund with private jetty

The house is located on Helgøya in the beautiful Ny Hellesund harbour, an archipelago between Kristiansand and Mandal, just a short boat trip from the mainland. Here, you can enjoy your morning coffee on the veranda, swim from the jetty, go for a paddle and feel the waves that come all the way from Denmark, or take a walk along one of the many lovely footpaths. Here, you can both gather family and friends and retreat to enjoy the tranquillity. The sun sets around 11 pm, so it's nice to have an evening swim from the jetty before darkness falls.

Super cozy small farm with sea view

Enjoy a memorable stay in this unique place, overlooking Lista Lighthouse to the south. The house is from 1720 and has been renovated the last time in the 80s. The old cozy expression has been preserved. The property has a common jetty by the sea - just a 5 minute walk from the house. Here there is a small beach and a bathing ladder you can use. I can arrange the rental of a recreational boat if desired. You can dock the boat in Urstadstrand which belongs to the property. Just reach out about this.

Sauda is 2,5 hours to Trolltunga and Prekestolen. I live 2 min from the center by car. I have room for rent in my house where i also live . You can use the kithchen to prepare meal , and i will serve breakfast at the time you wish on the 1 floor.Terrace you can also use. You can use washing and drying mashine for 100kr both.(5 Euro each).There is a cat and dog in the house.Its Inna or her sister Ilona host of the house. The rooms are located on the top floor and share the entrance with the host. You will find the beds made and towels are included. In the fridge you will find some breakfast food that you can arrange when it suits you.
