The hotel opened its doors in 2021 and is located in an old, partially converted courtyard in the centre of Arendal. Check-in and check-out are automated, and many traditional hotel services such as minibars, room service, and 24-hour front desk and breakfast room have been replaced by great digital services.

Sol på eiendommen fra tidlig morgen til sen kveld. Totalt er det ca 20 soveplasser og 3 bad fordelt mellom hovedhus og anneks. Eiendommen holder høy standard.
