Quiet family-friendly neighborhood with 10 min walking distance to shop, gas station, gym, hiking area and city center. Bedroom 1; bed 140 cm. Bedroom 2; bed 180 cm. Bedroom 3; bed 120 cm. In the attic there is also a sofa bed of 120 cm.

This special place is very centrally located and has access to most things in the immediate vicinity. The zoo is worth a visit. Romantic trips in the Ravnedalen valley are not to be despised. Climb the mountain top of the dovetail in 5 minutes. Grim Square and the city centre offer many shops. Urban beaches are nice to visit. The city center is not far away where you have many shops or want to stop by the city beaches along the promenade by the sea. Kristiansand has so much to offer. Cozy terraced house on two floors. Here is plenty of space for several families who want to vacation together or those who want plenty of space! Two living rooms, two bathrooms, four bedrooms, dining area both in the living room and in the kitchen. We have two high chairs and a baby chair available. Beds for 8 as well as two mattresses that can be placed on the floor and a travel bed for children up to two years (we do not have a duvet for this).
