The townhouse is located in is child-friendly residential area on Hånes with walking distance to several beaches (Hamresanden), playgrounds, store and free area. 1 floor.: Bedroom with double bed, 2 children's rooms with single bed that can be pulled out to double (IKEA Hemnes), bathroom with shower and bathtub, laundry room with washing machine and dryer, entrance hall. Exit to a large terrace. 2nd floor: Open living room/kitchen solution, bedroom with single bed (possibility to put extra floor mattress) and porch with sofa group and barbecue

Borshavn “Surfers paradise”

Cozy house with all the necessary fixtures. Short way for surfers to the popular wave surfing spot "chute", and to Bispen beach which it can be windsurfed on. Street kitchen/Joker shop is only 2-3 min walk. Then we have Bispen restaurant which is about a 5-minute walk from the house. Small/medium dogs are allowed upon agreement for a fee of 200.- per dog per day, as an extra person. NB; The house is in a permanent rental agreement with a German rental company. We will therefore need to confirm availability for a booking.

Spacious end terraced house, with a view, free parking

At this place your family can stay close to everything, the location is central, right between Dyreparken and Kristiansand city centre. Nice bathing areas 5 min from the house, free on site parking. The house has three bedrooms, two double beds, children's room (single bed) and one more single bed (extra) Space for a family of 6 . Possibilities for a fourth bedroom if desired. The house has patios in front, with barbecue and seating area, view of the sea and Varoddbroa. As well as an unashamed spot in the back. Welcome!

Large space inside and out with lots of sun and close to the city center

The house is about 170m2 divided into 2 floors. The main floor is the 2nd floor with exit to 3 terraces and sun from 7 am to 9-9.30 pm. Gas grill available. There is approx. 15 min to walk to town and you can lay your way through Barbu park where there are swimming facilities, lawns, playgrounds, etc. Onwards into the city center you pass through many restaurants. On the east side of the city center, in the guest harbor, there is a hot water pool and city beach. Buss 2 min unna, boutique (extra) 300 m unna.

Semi-detached home to be rented summer

Semi-detached house is rented during periods of summer. Nice space with a lot of evening sun and undisturbed. Good parking space. Close to town and close to new E18. Short way to the Zoo and more. 2 bedrooms with 180 beds, as well as an extra 120. Rented weekends or events week. Will be on time. Outdoor furniture will be put out before renting. Lots of hiking area in the area as well as close to the city. Get in touch for more info. The place will be cleaned after check-out.

Family paradise with a cat

My place is close to the playgrounds, Menu, Baneheia and Ravnedalen (outdoor areas) Centre/quadrature, Aquarama Badeland-SPA and Training, Bystranda, Climbing Park. (Zoo and Sørlandsparken Shopping,13 km). You'll love my place because it's child-friendly, sunny, private, and cozy ,large terrace. Cinema room with PS4 . Wii U in the living room. Has 4.6 m ACON AIR trampoline from skyland. My place is good for families (with children).

Cozy townhouse over two floors. There is plenty of room for more families who want to vacation together or those who want plenty of space! 2 living rooms, 2 bathrooms, 4 bedrooms, dining area both in living room and kitchen. We have 2 high chairs and a baby chair available. Sleeps 8 as well as two mattresses that can be put on the floor and a travel bed for children up to 2 years (we don't have a duvet for this one).

At this place you can stay close to most things Lista has to offer -the location is central. Lovely beaches in the area. Two bedrooms with double bed, all equipment for the daily one needs in the kitchen is available. Vanse is similar to a small substate in 🇺🇸 It takes about 3-5 minutes to walk to the city center. Playground at school is just a stone trow away Note!! Please bring bed linen and towels

We are renting our half of the semi-detached house centrally located on Vegårhei. Walking distance to the city center with shops, ski center, swimming areas, etc. Quiet and family friendly neighborhood. Terrace with seating area. Good sun conditions, great evening sun on the veranda. 4 bedrooms. 3 of the rooms with single beds and one with a duble bed. TV nook for the kids on the second floor. Wifi.

Child-friendly and 600m from the beach. Sunny .

Me and my 2 boys love our home. We have two patios. Start your day with breakfast in the yard facing a kid-friendly place. No traffic. We live near the Beach and the city. It's quiet and good neighbors. In the evening there is a sunny on the porch until 10.30 pm here is enjoyed the barbecue and sunbathing.
