The hiking trail "Mila" with freshwater swimming areas is located 200m from the house. There are basically 4 bedrooms, living room area on the 1st floor and cozy TV room on the 2nd floor.

Spacious and pleasant house on the edge of the forest, close to swimming areas in the river, lake and forest lake. 15 minutes from Kristiansand Zoo and shopping centre, 20 minutes from Kristiansand city centre. 5 minutes to a convenience store with fresh bread every day - including Sundays! Relax here with the whole family, and Jens the cat will take care of you. Jens and I take care of the garden and the greenhouse on a daily basis. I live in the workshop on the property and you are welcome to pop in and see what I am doing!

Waterfront summer house, five bedrooms, beach

Our summer house is situated just 15 km outside Arendal on a many acres large piece of land on the island of Tromøya, which is accessable by car. It has its own beach and small boat landing. It has a spectacular view of the ocean. The house consists of two common rooms and five bedrooms. Two of them each has to single beds, the rest twin beds. The bathroom on the ground floor has a shower and washing machine. There is a toilet on the 1. floor, where you will also find three of the bedrooms.
