Sleeps 10 + baby bed and/or mattress. Sunny terrace with garden furniture, gas grill, garden room with lounge, 250sqm lawn with trampoline. Cozy southern house from 1868, with low ceiling height on both floors. The house is located in a quiet and nicely residential area in central Grimstad. The house has about one acre garden. The loft has two bedrooms; the innermost has entrance through the outer bedroom. The first floor has a continuous living and dining room. These rooms have a fireplace and fireplace.
