Solrik terrasse med hagemøbler, gassgrill, hagestue med salong, 250kvm plen med trampoline. Kort vei til fine badeplasser i ferskvann og sjø. 12 min til Dyreparken. Leies ut til barnefamilier!

Our summer house is situated just 15 km outside Arendal on a many acres large piece of land on the island of Tromøya, which is accessable by car. It has its own beach and small boat landing. It has a spectacular view of the ocean. The house consists of two common rooms and five bedrooms. Two of them each has to single beds, the rest twin beds. The bathroom on the ground floor has a shower and washing machine. There is a toilet on the 1. floor, where you will also find three of the bedrooms.
