In a protected, hilly and wooded environment of Charente Limousine, traditional Charente house, completely restored, located in a one-hectare park. Large 50 m2 family room. Large stone terrace shaded by a stone pine. Wood-burning stove in the living room. Located on the edge of the village with direct access to the paths. Ideal setting for athletes and/or families wanting to enjoy nature and animals: Horses, sheep, chickens, ducks are present on the property.

Townhouse with garden and private parking on La Rochefoucauld. Renovated basement house on the upper part, access is by a few steps. The accommodation is easy to access, close to shops, restaurants less than 5 minutes by car. The accommodation consists of a large living-dining kitchen area, a bathroom with a separate toilet and two bedrooms with a 140x190 bed. Bed linen PROVIDED, bath towels NOT PROVIDED. Keys handed over by me between 5pm and 7pm

You will stay 20 km from Angoulême and 12 km from La Rochefoucauld (15 km from Angoulême TGV station) The house has an equipped kitchen (fridge, oven, microwave, coffee machine, kettle), free Wi-Fi and a parking space During your stay, you can take walks in the surrounding countryside. We do not charge a cleaning fee, we expect a contribution from you
