One out of our five delicately renovated apartments located on the second floor of a charming, characterful farmhouse. It is one of the oldest buildings of a cosy little village in the Valle d’Isarco in Northern Italy. We find ourselves right in the center of sun-blessed South Tyrol, on a hilltop at the entrance of the Gardena and Funes valleys. Close to the dolomites mountains but not far away from the popular towns of Bolzano and Bressanone it is an ideal starting point to explore the region.

Glocklechnhof Sunshine

The holiday apartment "Glocklechnhof Sonnenschein", which is situated in Steinhaus in Ahrntal/Valle Aurina, in South Tyrol, overlooks the surrounding mountains. The 55 m² property consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a washing machine, an iron, and an ironing board, as well as children's books and toys. A cot and a high chair are also available.

Stoana Apt 3-3

Set in Valle Aurina, the holiday apartment "Stoana 3-3" offers guests a breathtaking view of the Alps. The 50 m² property consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms, and 1 bathroom, and can accommodate 4 people. Among the on-site amenities are high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a dishwasher, and a TV. A high chair is available, and a baby cot can be provided for a fee. Moreover, there is a wellness area on the premises with a shared sauna and hay beds.

Unsere Ferienwohnung hat eine Wohnküche, ein Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett und Schlafcouch, ein Bad sowie einen Balkon Richtung Süden. Das Ortszentrum von Sand in Taufers ist zu Fuß in 5 Minuten erreichbar, die Reinbacher Wasserfälle sind etwa 20 Gehminuten entfernt, ebenso die Burg Taufers. Experience pure relaxation with us! Here you can experience and enjoy the mountains and the beautiful nature of the Ahrntal! Take advantage of the beautiful surroundings for long hikes, bicycle rides or walks. For winter sports enthusiasts, our region offers a true paradise. In the snowy months, the nearby ski resorts invite you to exciting descents and snow fun. Our house is situated in an extremely quiet location on the outskirts of St. Johann, far from through traffic.

Vacation home in the mountains

Large cozy traditional apartment on the first floor in the mountains. 1 min walk to the bus (ski bus in winter) and by bus you can reach 2 ski resorts within 5-10 min (Kronplatz 30 min). Families or groups of friends are always welcome, we have a beautiful garden and a beautiful view of the mountains. Sights easily accessible by bus (Burgtaufers, Nativity Museum, Mining Museum, Climate Tunnel, Mineral Museum...) and there are also many hiking trails that we recommend

With a beautiful view of the mountains, the holiday apartment 'Silva Summit' is located in San Giovanni (St. Johann). The 69 m² accommodation consists of a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, offering space for 7 people (one of the bedrooms is furnished with a single bed). Amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi with a dedicated workspace for your home office, satellite and cable TV, and a dryer.

The beautiful view from the living area and terrace over the fields Achenkirch, directly to the Rofan Mountain range and the Seekarspitze, facilitates leaving behind everyday stress and invites you to enjoy and relax. Lake Achen, the largest lake in Tyrol, is 2 km away. The ski resort is within walking distance. The golf course is 1 km away.

The apartment is located in the mittle of the centre of Brunico, a pretty small town between the Alps and the Dolomites. From the terrace you have a wonderful view to the castle, over the roofs of the town and to the big mountains of the Alps. The apartment is very silence, there's a lot of sun all over the year and you can reach everything easily on foot. It is perfect for singles, couples and also for small familys. Garage available!

Archehof Hochzirm Lodge Greti

The "Archehof Hochzirm" with the "Lodge Greti" is located outside of Campo Ture (Sand in Taufers) on 1,003 m above sea level. The hiking and skiing paradise Speikboden is just a 5-minute drive from the accommodation. The barrier-free apartment in alpine style consists of a spacious living room with a comfortable sofa area, a very well equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and thus accommodates 6 people.

Palais Rienz - City Apartment (54 m²)

The modern flat is only a few steps away from the heart of the old town. Bars, grocery shops, pharmacy, boutiques and tourist attractions, are all in the immediate vicinity. The train and bus station are only a few minutes' walk away. Direct connection to the skiing and hiking paradise Kronplatz. In winter, a private ski depot with boot and glove dryer is available. Ideal for holidays, both with family and friends.
