Our house is located in Lajen-Ried, at 780 meters above sea level, on the sunny southern slope at the entrance to the Val Gardena - the ideal starting point for your skiing and hiking vacation. Lajen-Ried is a scattered settlement surrounded by fields, meadows and forests. The immediate surroundings are a dream setting for hikers and cyclists. Enjoy your vacation in nature, walking, mushrooming or cycling in the forest. We are located in the heart of South Tyrol and are very centrally located.

Just a 1-minute walk to the bus stop, from which you can reach the Speikboden and Klausberg ski resorts in 5-10 minutes and the Kronplatz in 30 minutes. The apartment offers a balcony with magnificent mountain views, 3 beds and a sofa bed. Attractions such as Taufers Castle, the Nativity Museum or the Climate Tunnel are easily accessible by bus. Numerous hiking trails in the area invite you to explore – we will gladly give you tips!
