We were there with 3 families and enjoyed it a lot. The equipment of the house is great and Janin answered all our questions very friendly and quickly. The nature and also excursion destinations were very nice, especially we enjoyed the peace and quiet very much. We highly recommend jin's place.

A really wonderful host: the loveliest family, couldn't have been more helpful, accomodating and attentive. Excellent communication...even when we called at odd hours. The house is warm and welcoming and had everything we needed and more. We really miss the massage chair, our morning coffee and our new friend, the little cat. Beds were super comfortable, the kitchen/living area is really spacious, the garden is lovely with outdoor dining area and the washing machine and dryer were very handy. The neighbourhood is perfect for a family. It's quiet, friendly, with excellent transport links. Two U-bahn stations, cafes, restaurants, a supermarket, clothes shops, a pharmacy, health food shop, bank and even a department store are all within walking distance. I would highly recommend this property and host. It was like a home away from home.

We spent Xmas and New Year at this house. Cornelia is such a great host. The house has everything we needed for our family! It was an amazing experience!

What to say about Julian's house except that it's a really rare find. It is a haven of peace, very well maintained with facilities worthy of a large hotel near Munich. The house makes you want to stay longer, unfortunately we were only visiting for one night, but that was enough for us to realize the very high standard of this house. A very large screen in the living room, where you can wrap in wide, very welcoming sofas...and all this leads to a terrace also very beautiful, with its small ponds and goldfish. Everything was perfect, our host Julian, very responsive and friendly, the house as a whole located in a great neighborhood on the doorstep of Munich. Excellent bedding. Perfect bathrooms…what more can we say, apart from that we will be back with pleasure if we return to the area. PS: the professional coffee machine (bean) is excellent, thank you for everything and especially for the attention to detail

Excellent house in a quiet and peaceful location yet a short drive to all the attractions in Munich. The house is extremely well equipped for large groups and families as well. The hosts are proactive and take special attention in making sure guests are comfortable and are having a nice stay. I would highly recommend this airbnb and will gladly visiting them again. The house is very clean , the location is quite good near the centre around 20mins .

Heike’s place was so homey and relaxing! It was the perfect spot to explore the area and be able to come home at the end of the day and make a nice dinner. The kitchen had everything we needed. The house was spotlessly clean. Great shower. Heike was good about communicating with us. We loved our stay!

Very well located studio close to Munich's city center, which is easily accessible by foot. Studio overlooking an inner courtyard, very quiet. Paid parking on the same street a few minutes walk away (20 euros per day). The imposte of the window door is not equipped with blinds and the existing curtain does not ensure total darkness of the room, especially from sunrise.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The apartment, location and also communication with Andrei were great!

The location was great, the apartment was spacious and matched what was described with lots of amenities. It was a fun place to stay, and everything was straightforward. Had a great trip.

Kati is onsite, has team support, but everything was dialed-in. Everything very simple. Great location. Easy access from Odeansplatz U4/5 and to Englischer Garten. Would stay there again, with a large enough group. Learned Kati has at least two other smaller flats as well.

Very nice and ideally situated in the historical center of Munich. Really nice and reactive host. Kitchen well equipped and public parking nearby. I highly recommended this appartment and host!

We enjoyed our stay at Anja’s. The flat was clean and comfortable with all the things we needed for a short stay. Anja was friendly and helpful. It’s about a 7 minute uber ride into the city centre and there is a cute bakery round the corner from the flat and a supermarket about a 10 minute walk away. Lovely , quiet location and we loved being in Augsburg. Thank you!

We stayed at this place for one night and were totally happy! Easy check-in and out, well-equipped kitchen, beautiful terrace, home furnished living room. Highly recommended also for a longer stay! ⭐️

A very pleasant and well decorated apartment. It is very well located, 5 minutes from an S Bahn station that allows you to be at the central station in 10 minutes. A Netto allows you to shop, and there are children's play areas nearby, as well as a Biergarten that looks nice! Tanja is very friendly and responsive, the communication was very nice with her. The children's room is well equipped with games, our 4 year old son was looking forward to returning at the end of the day to be able to play! The 2 bathrooms are very useful. The sofa in the living room can only accommodate one person. Since we were 2 couples and a child, we took a mattress from the children's room to put it in the living room; Only downside, the immediate proximity to the railway and the ring road. Double glazing is very efficient, so windows closed is not inconvenient, but we can't open the windows for too long, to be taken into account if we come in summer.

Guido's place is great. The best part is it comes with a kitchen with all the required utensils. The connectivity to the place is great, close to the Fresing S-Bahn. Also, there are lots of restaurants and markets nearby, where you can go for shopping during the evening or just chill.

Thanks very much Lisa and Julian. We loved staying with you. The house is absolutely perfect! Totally cozy, super new, extremely clean (and I really have a mold about this) and very nicely decorated. We felt extremely comfortable and would have preferred to stay for 2 weeks. Everything you need is sufficiently available. Our kids loved it too. We will be very happy to come back if we are around. Christian's nice hosting was very good. We are very satisfied. There is no negativity other than that the house does not get sunlight. They already mention this and we came on purpose. We had a stay where we felt comfortable. Everything was very good, thank you.

We stayed 3 person which is good for us. Room was big enough bathroom and kitchen was very good and clean. The place is very nice and very close to underground, in front of the apartment. Emanuel was very friendly helped for our all questions and replied very quickly. If İ come Munich İ would like to stay again. Thank you very much for everything we had a happy holiday☺️

I have nothing to say, the place was clean, it was consistent with the photos the host welcomed me very well when I arrived showed me the place. The place was pretty well located rather close to Munich. When we have a car, there is even a lake next to the accommodation Julija and her co-host were very kind and responsive to my questions about the price, it was quite reasonable if you want to drive to the center of Munich, it's about 30 minutes if not very good apartment
