We absolutely loved the place and Grego is a great host, he was there to welcome us in, and gave us useful advices, kept in touch throughout the stay and helped us when we had issues, the place is clean, quiet and surrounded by magnificient mountains and olive trees. Highly recommended. 45 minutes from Alicante (big city), 10 minutes from Villena (medium-size town/city where you have all the services) and it's a beautiful drive, truly a great place to stay to visit the region. Biar is just a beautiful place to stay as it is more quiet than larger cities, it has 2 great grocery stores, few restaurants and bars and a beautiful castle, if you want to avoid the big city, this is the palce to be!

Thank you very much for the excellent treatment from Jose and his wife, you are great hosts and even better people. I recommend this little piece of paradise to everyone. Facilities better than in the photos and a place to disconnect without a doubt. I'll say it again, thank you for the service and for the attention, 10 out of 10!!

We had a wonderful week in a cozy house with a large walled garden with flowering plants and a lovely swimming pool. Excellent base for Alicante center, beaches and surrounding towns. Martina is a wonderful hostess ! If you are looking for a very good restaurant in the area: go to Zinc in Mutxamel.

Had the most wonderful stay, the villa was spotless so much space and in a really peaceful location. Lucia was a 10/10 host so kind, very attentive and looked after us. We went to celebrate my birthday and we were all delighted! Good location and very peaceful environment. We had everything we needed for the weekend, from services like the barbecue to bath towels! Jose Manuel is very friendly and attentive! We will definitely be coming back and recommend it!

We had an incredible weekend at this beautiful villa. The house was exactly as pictured: spacious, clean, and fully equipped with everything we needed. Every detail, from the well-stocked kitchen to the cozy bedrooms, was thoughtfully prepared. The location was perfect for our group of 7, offering a peaceful retreat just a short walk from the beach. We loved starting our mornings with a dip in the pool and relaxing in the evenings on the terrace. The foosball/billiard table and gas grill were great extras. Margarita and her husband were fantastic hosts, always available to help and even brought us extra gas for the grill. Their hospitality made our stay special. The house exceeded our expectations. We highly recommend it for a relaxing beach getaway. Thank you, Margarita, for an amazing experience! We can’t wait to return!

The house is incredible, the garden is huge and has everything you need to spend a few days with friends or family. The beds are very comfortable and that surprised us. We were 11 friends and we were quite comfortable, there are supermarkets just 3km away with everything you need.

Villa and pool were amazing, everything we needed for a relaxing holiday was provided in the villa. Carmen was very helpful and was very fast to respond with any questions we had. Would highly recommend a stay at the villa. My family and I had a wonderful 10 nights at the villa and will be sad to go home! Thanks Carmen.

The house is well located , 15 minutes walk from the beach and supermarket . The views are beautiful and the terraces are very nice . Great stay!

A beautiful peaceful place to stay, with thoughtful amenities to make us feel at home. The view is calm and beautiful from both the roof and front balcony. The swimming pool was great. Beach is about 5-7mins walk. A lovely place for a family getaway!

The house and its beautiful terrace are big. The 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms gave us the space we needed as we stayed for 4 weeks. Outside we had plenty of space to park our bikes, and spread the toys of our little one. The house is well maintained and you can see the owner takes care of it. Wi-Fi is perfect for remote workers. The location is great: quiet area, big and beautiful swimming pool, supermarkets and beach reachable quickly by bike, it was super easy to find a car park. Neighbours are quiet and friendly. What's missing? Maybe a dishwasher, a water boiler and some decorations on the wall, but we managed without them. Enrique is a 100% amazing owner. Communicative, humble, helpful... we feel home in his house because he cares for his visitors. He provides bedsheets and towels, kitchen equipment, as well as cleaning products. The house was very clean and we had very few insects inside. We really enjoyed staying there and we want to come back. Gracias Enrique!

This was our second visit here (we came Easter 2024), so we knew what to expect. As previously, the house was/is fantastically located for beaches, the tram network up and down the coast, and a great base for a simple family holiday. Pablo is a fantastic host, and the house, although not fancy, suited us perfectly. We loved it! P.s the outdoor shower is our favourite!

We had an exceptional stay at this chalet just 5 minutes walk from the beach. The location is perfect for sea enthusiasts. The chalet is spacious, stylish and clean. Marta is friendly and attentive, and the private pool was a huge plus. Highly recommended!

We were on vacation in two families with two 6-year-olds and it was a perfect vacation. The house has direct access to the fine sandy beach with shallow sea. Direct access to the beach is priceless, and the sea view patio has the part where the table is mostly shaded for fresh lunches and dinners. The kitchen is spacious and equipped. Hector and Carlos are super helpful and kind.

Unparalleled experience. Being in Carlos and Alejandra's house was a dream with every detail luxury. The best vacation we've ever had in many years. Special energy and very good treatment. We will certainly return. Thank you for everything, we have a hard to beat experience.❤️
